Angelique has been working as an English language instructor since 2021, with experience in Saudi Arabia, Spain, and Poland. Her experience includes teaching a wide range of ages and levels, from young learners to adults, covering general English, exam preparation, and specialised programmes. Angelique is passionate about teaching and is recognised for her creative and engaging teaching methods. Her responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, developing curriculum materials, and participating in professional development activities.

Dean has been working as an English language instructor in Japan and Canada since 1989 and with English for Asia in Macau since 2024. He has taught English to all levels of students ranging from elementary to university as well as corporate business training and classes for immigrants. Dean also served as an assessor for the Canadian Language Benchmarks, responsible for evaluating learners’ English language proficiency across listening, speaking, reading and writing dimensions using national standards. He encourages students to take an active role in helping to determine their own goals for studying English and believes in providing a great deal of feedback to learners to help them measure if these goals are being met.

Felisita is passionate about teaching and learning and enabling students to reach their full potential. Her experience in teaching is far reaching, from teaching secondary learners, university students, teachers, and adults in the corporate sector in Macao. Prior to joining the teaching team , Felisita taught English at the Institute for Tourism Studies, Escola São Paulo, Colégio Diocesano de São José and the University of St. Joseph . In addition to English, Felisita speaks six other languages.

John specialises in teaching young learners and has experience teaching all ages and proficiency levels. In a teaching career spanning over 18 years, John has mastered the skill to engage students by tapping into their needs and interests whilst having real-life conversations to stimulate natural language development. John has been involved in many projects, including the planning and preparation of event days, overseeing and coordinating the development of our ENGLISH CLUB syllabus and teaching on many projects, in both our Learning Centre and at local schools. Prior to joining us in January 2014, John taught English in Taiwan.

Mitchell is an experienced teacher with a broad knowledge of curriculums offered worldwide. He is a firm believer of Phonics as a method to help students master the sounds of English and to become independent readers and writers of English. Mitch has worked at numerous schools in Macao, teaching English to both students and staff. At our Learning Centre Mitch teaches students with a range of proficiency levels, ranging from Beginner to Advanced. Mitchell has a keen interest in politics and current events. He is also an animal lover, enjoys gardening and has a wide collection of model trains.

Ralisha is an experienced foundation phase educator and ESL teacher with over 5 years of national and international teaching experience across South Africa and China. She specializes in creating lesson plans, assessments, and curricula aligned with CAPS, SA-SAMS, TEFL, and K12 methods, while enhancing student engagement through dynamic teaching strategies and extracurricular activities. Her roles have equipped her with strong skills in teaching young learners, preparing students for competitions, and fostering collaborative learning environments. Ralisha excels at teaching English as a second language, mentoring students academically, and leading activities such as speech competitions and workshops. She is SACE registered and proficient in both online and face-to-face instruction.
